    Base Description

Minas Terabithia is a vacation castle built by the Gek Wizard-King Guyute Axilla II. The castle initially was just a summer palace but after a asteroid hit the planet which contained larva that spawned aggressive flying fauna which the local inhabitants named Flying Murder Beetles. So the palace was fortified to protect it from their attacks. This infestation ravished the planet until Guyute Axilla II was able to conjure a spell that pacified the Flying Murder Beetles making them docile which brought peace to the planet. It is now a popular tourist destination. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Version 3.6 Frontiers

September 1st, 2021 by

The latest No Man’s Sky update has finally arrived and is called Frontiers!

You can read the full patch notes from Hello Games here.

Among all the changes in this new release is a new game feature called “Planetary Settlements” which are NPC towns that players can manage and control. Currently it seems that players can only control one settlement at a time, and settlements are essentially treated like player bases (only one player can control a single settlement). For more information about Planetary Settlements keep an eye on this wiki page as the community starts exploring this new game feature!

The Portal Repository website has been updated to reflect the new version number and the new tag “Settlement” has been added as well. When you submit a portal address simply select the number of players that control settlements on that particular planet. The “Settlement” tag will be added automatically. The portal address metadata table will also display the number of player-controlled settlements.

Finally, a new quick link for Settlements has been added to the homepage. The quick link will take to you to “Settlement” tag archive page.

Base Description

New Overlook Ski Resort is a popular destination for paranormal enthusiasts. A weathly Gek, Darby Zubrick, purposely built the hotel over a ancient burial ground in hopes it would trigger paranormal events which immediately started happening. Many strange things mirror occurrences from the Earth film The Shining. Experts think wormholes from a alternative universe are responsible for these strange events. Visiting here is not recommended for the faint of heart. Some of the amenities of the resort include: A ski lift and several ski slopes, a Sphere race course, a hedge maze, Lloyd’s Bar and Grill, enclosed rooftop hot tub, the grand ballroom, several hotel rooms with various paranormal activities, glitch garden, tours of the underground burial chambers, the indoor arboretum.
Fans of The Shining are encouraged to find as many references to the film as they can. Be warned this is a extreme cold planet with storms so plan accordingly. Please note when flying in during a storm the landing pad may be hard to spot it is located away from the base computer on the mountain top.

Base Description

One Giant Step
In the early days of space travel in the Euclid Galaxy, Travellers we’re still learning the science of exploration. Just visiting a planet in their own home system was a challenge. This historic site was the location of a joint AGT/Amino Hub mission to visit another planet. A strange radio transmission was detected on a neighboring planet so a space travel mission was established to investigate. The two man crew landed and reached the source of the anomalous radio signals. After they exited their spacecraft they were never heard from again. Years later a memorial for the missing Travellers was erected at the site which includes their original spacecraft. Mysteriously, several years later a strange object appeared and to this day remains there. Many scientists believe this is the source of the strange radio signals that prompted the space mission and may hold the answers to the missing Travellers. Scientists have theorized the strange object absorbed the Travellers energy which caused sphere eggs to drop and hatch which turned into more strange objects. Visit at your own risk.
