The S-Class Multi-tool will be in a Minor Settlement. Look for a Base with a Beacon marking the location titled: "S-Class (Minor Settlement 2x)". Auto-Save when you land there and then reload your Auto-Save. The S-Class (rifle-styled) Multi-tool will spawn. It will be Grey and White in color.

NOTE: At the Space Station, you can do the same for the Yellow Exotic Starship. (Should be the first ship to fly in). S-Class Solar Starships will also spawn in this System.

Warped into this system trigged a space battle for a A-Class frigate. Landed on frigate spoke with Gek captain, refused offer. Proceeded to space station, check the available multi tool ~ A-Class forgettable. Heard space craft arriving and it was this "Aminoyab's Future".
I've been looking (in game, not here) for this exotic. If you Portal into this system you will land on Immyurika, So don't panic! To be ready check the descriptions below of what to expect.

This marsh moon is one of two w/AI; the other planet with Ring is a dead planet you can gun harvest all the ferrite, dihydro etc. you need to build your empire.

 I set up this area extensive base on Giumf Major and wanted to try my luck at finding some S-Class ships to spec/scrap/show off (I'm not going to lie!). Instead of finding any in-between the Ancess-Doqe and Hadlert-Ods systems, what I found instead was a space battle for a S-Class Freighter.

ABOUT THE AREA:
+24.68 +33.83 for a pristine view of what it looks like in your game. You do it your way. I'm going to go beat up on some sentinels at the factory I ran power to, or pick up a Sack Venom by the ponds edge near the S-Class Power Tower .
