Base Description

 Base was created for Markiplier's birthday 6/28/2023 and for his fans to enjoy who play No Man's Sky.

The planet was found 3 months ago by me for which at this time decided to rename & build.

I renamed the system in his late father's honor who was a veteran with the United States Army & a proud father of a great, successful, & humble son.

I wish him to Mark a Happy, healthy, & blessed birthday. And many more to come.

Base Description

 New Overlook Castle
Located on Planet New Overlook Hotel, Kubrick System, Euclid Galaxy.
New Overlook Castle is a lavish winter retreat and residence of famous Gek film director Golfsiviks. While filming a remake of the film The Shining at the nearby New Overlook Hotel Golfsiviks fell in love with the planet and had the expansive castle built. Some of it’s many amenities include: a lavish bedroom, private chapel, sauna, game room, bar, private movie theater, bowling alley, viewing balloon, vintage multi tool collection, terraced gardens and living art sculptures. The residence is now open for tours. Also of note Director Golfsiviks is known to frequent the back left room in the system’s Space Station and enjoys meeting fans, discussing filmmaking and signing autographs.
While in the system be sure to visit the paranormal hot spot New Overlook Hotel, the inspiring kinetic sculpture, The Sunflower and the beautiful Wheels of Time.
