It is located just within the atmosphere on the largest mountain I have ever seen. I do hope you enjoy it (currently my favourite). From the landing pads at the bottom there is a bit of a simple maze through the various towers up to a teleporter which takes you to the pods mounted on the side of the mountain. Winding around the mountain many times the path eventually takes you to the restaurant at the top.
