Base Description	The Oceanic Agricultural Retreat, or OAR, is my personal getaway in the stars. The expansive complex was designed to maximize agricultural outputs to facilitate manufacturing. It's still under construction, but the overall layout and structure are complete. At time of publishing, the image is already a bit out of date, but the only addition have been crops and windows.
