Base Description

N.L.O.Z. (Nuclear Liquidation Operation Zone)Located on planet New Land of Oz, Ozma System, Alpurgafo Region, Beta Quadrant, Euclid Galaxy. N.L.O.Z. was a First Spawn Gek Missile Silo Complex. The notorious First Spawn used the planet New Land of Oz and the System in their effort to eradicate the Sentinels, Korvax and Vy’Keen species during the First Spawn Wars. The Gek Dominion experimented here with nuclear weapons in effort to wipe out their enemies by seeing what would happen to different planets bombarded with nuclear weapons. In their cruelty they would deposit captured war prisoners on specific planets (Korvax Detention Zone, Vy’keen Detention Zone, Sentinels Detention Zone and Rebel Gek Detention Zone) and bombarded the planets with missiles to find the most efficient method to wipe out life on each planet. The planets in the system reacted differently to the missile strikes. Some had nuclear winters while others became radioactive or toxic killing most life forms, though subsequently some fauna and flora eventually evolved and flourished . After the First Spawn Dominion fell it was decided to preserve the site for historic and memorial purposes. During your visit you can: Explore the missile solo, bunker and living quarters, explore the silo access tunnel, tour the missile assembly plant, see the Radar and Tracking bunker, learn about the inner workings of the Pulse Cannon Air Defense bunker. For the more adventurous try to find the hidden First Spawn statue and explore the emergency excavation underground tunnels. We hope you enjoy your visit.
