Venture to the Galactic Citadel of the Arcane and sit upon one of the 3 thrones that must be held by any espiring galatic tyrant. The 2nd of 3 great fortresses all of which have a throne you can sit upon and judge those you deem lesser than you. |

The base is on the same planet as the portal, just head to the black star. This system has a ton of builds so have fun looking around after. This is a monster 3,000 peice build and it's the size of a small mountain. |
